Official endpoint checked 2026-10-29; older gameplay evidence remains v0.8.26.

Step 1

Check whether Season 2 and Lavender Tower are live

The public status endpoint reported Season 2 live on October 29, with maintenance off. It also marked Lavender Tower Night live and claimable and named its event currency Candles. This is an availability signal, not a complete quest or exchange table.

  • Open the official client and current event card.
  • Check the public status if the entry is missing.
  • Do not treat an old screenshot as proof that rewards can still be claimed.
Step 2

Use the official season window

The official Season 2 announcement says the season lasts 15 days and ends November 4 at 18:30 Spanish time, stated there as 17:30 UTC. Leaderboard and event tasks must be completed before the live client countdown closes; the status endpoint is the final operational check.

Step 3

Know what Season 2 added

The official news groups Storm Coast, Celestial Glacier, Zapdos, Articuno, Fusions, items and Lavender Tower as the major Season 2 content. A separate recap documents active clans, weekly missions and rivalry, clan levels 1–30, and Time Attack prizes.

  • Clan missions reset on Monday and award clan experience plus Stardust to qualifying contributors.
  • Global Time Attack compares regions won first, then total time.
  • Season prizes cover the top 25 for each map and difficulty and the top 50 Global entries.
Step 4

Read the published Time Attack thresholds correctly

The Season 2 recap publishes Normal medal thresholds of Silver 24:00, Gold 18:00 and Champion 13:30. It also says existing medals are not removed. These are Time Attack thresholds, not universal build targets or guarantees of a prize.

Step 5

Calculate the Season 2 Mega-Crit rule

Raw critical chance above 100% becomes Mega-Crit chance. The verified client formula is: Mega-Crit multiplier = critical multiplier × [1 + 0.5 × (critical multiplier − 1)]. Convert displayed percentages to decimal multipliers before applying it; this formula does not choose a complete build for you.

Step 6

Treat Lavender Tower details as versioned event data

Official news confirms floor-by-floor ghost waves, exclusive rewards, Candles, and Bill's Machine every three Beyond floors after a fix. The unauthenticated sources checked for this audit do not expose a reproducible fastest Candle route, complete exchange table or every boss mechanic. Those remain SOURCE_BLOCKED rather than being copied from a competitor.

Step 7

What is fixed during the season

The official announcement says core mechanics will not change during the season, while bugs and obvious exploits may be fixed and exploit-assisted leaderboard runs may be removed. Record the current version and report route before assuming a balance change.
